Meet Our Culinary Maestro, Vu Lam!
I started cooking at a young age, purchasing my first cookbook in the sixth grade, which sparked my passion for cooking. I enjoyed filleting fish and breaking down primal cuts of meat, giving me a unique skill set. Today, I go through 400 to 500 pounds of meat a week, personally cutting all the meat myself. Although my background is in fitness, having become a certified personal trainer at the age of 18, my interests soon shifted toward nutrition, leading me to college and nutritional certification. Along the way, I began meal prepping as a side hustle after a friend, Francisco, asked if I could prepare meals for him.
